Standard Shipping

We ship throughout the United States and internationally via trusted carriers.

For U.S. orders:
We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

For international orders:
We ship internationally via DHL, with rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times & Fees

Orders placed during business hours are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days (U.S.)
Priority Mail Express: 2 to 3 business days (U.S.) — shipping fees calculated at checkout

You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Custom Orders

Custom and engraved orders may take longer to process. We’ll keep you informed of your order’s timeline throughout the process. Please check the product page for any specific timing details.

Important Information

Orders are shipped without signature confirmation by default. VUE by SEK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the confirmed shipping address without a required signature.
